Event Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or entering any Tomato Foster Club facility, sanctuary space, cat lounge, or event area, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in activities at Tomato Foster Club facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to interaction with animals, scratches, bites, allergic reactions, slips, trips, falls, exposure to cleaning products, food, water, litter, and other risks associated with animal care and event attendance. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Liability Waiver and Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I waive and release Tomato Foster Club, its directors, officers, volunteers, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to my attendance at or participation in any Tomato Foster Club event or activity, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

Personal Property: Tomato Foster Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Rules and Conduct: Attendees agree to follow all instructions provided by Tomato Foster Club staff and volunteers. Tomato Foster Club reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to animals, guests, volunteers, or property.

Health and Safety: Attendees agree not to handle animals unless expressly permitted and instructed to do so by Tomato Foster Club staff or volunteers. Attendees are responsible for supervising any children in their care at all times.

Photography and Media Release: By attending a Tomato Foster Club event, I grant permission for Tomato Foster Club to photograph, film, or otherwise record me and to use such images, recordings, or likenesses for promotional, educational, fundraising, and organizational purposes without compensation.

Minors: A parent or legal guardian must purchase tickets for and accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of any minor attendee. Minors must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times unless otherwise stated.

Acceptance of Terms: Purchase of a ticket and/or attendance at a Tomato Foster Club event constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
